pAMP Platform
Proprietary multi-epitope concatemeric peptide technology delivering broad immune coverage against complex pathogens.
The patented pAMP platform links many precisely defined immune targets into a single protein construct — broad coverage, straightforward manufacturing, no live virus.
Conventional vaccines usually present the immune system with a single antigen. Complex and rapidly evolving pathogens can slip past that narrow view.
pAMP takes a different approach. Multiple carefully selected peptide epitopes — the specific fragments the immune system learns to recognize — are assembled into one repeating chain. The result is a construct that teaches both antibody and T-cell responses to recognize a pathogen from several angles at once.
Because the design is modular, epitopes can be swapped or extended as new strains emerge, without rebuilding the underlying platform.
The pAMP engineering method assembles short DNA fragments encoding selected peptide epitopes into a defined, repeating concatemeric sequence, which expression systems then produce as a single continuous protein construct — without any viral component or live pathogen.
Immunologically important peptide sequences are identified from the pathogen of interest — the regions most likely to drive protective immunity.
Short DNA fragments encoding each target are joined into a defined, repeating order — a concatemer. The number and arrangement of units are controlled by design.
Standard recombinant expression systems produce the assembled peptide chain as a single protein product, using well-established bioprocessing methods.
The resulting construct is thermostable and non-replicating, enabling formulations that do not depend on continuous cold-chain infrastructure.
